Fried Roast Beef

This is another family favorite that I use when we have any leftover roast beef.
1 onion chopped
1 cup corn, can be still frozen
Chopped roast beef
Frozen hash browns, we prefer the country style, quantity depends on how many people you are feeding.
Cheese, we use cheese curds when possible
Heat oil and pan, careful add onions, cook for a minute or two and add the rest of the ingredients. Don't stir to often because you want the food to brown but not stick to the pan. Top with cheese when it has fried and reached your desired doneness. Serve with a little BBQ sauce and enjoy.
