Collection: The Fun Stuff

All of our products are made with dry aged beef and hand crafted in small batches. Most of the items in this collection contain a small amount of pork to maximize flavor.

The majority of Pre-made and Convenience food products that you find at supermarkets and gas stations are made with pork. Its a cheaper product and gives the seller a better profit margin.

We on the other hand start everything with our full muscled ground beef. No trimmings here! The reason is that it gives a better, more enjoyable texture and eating experience.
