Manicotti with String cheese & Sausage

1 box Manicotti pasta uncooked 
1 jar pasta sauce
12-14 Mozzarella sticks
1 1/2 cups water
1# sausage cooked with a medium chopped onion. Ground beef works great too.
8 oz of shredded cheese 
Salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning as desired 
Grease a 9x13 pan
Slip string cheese into the pasta tubes and lay in your pan. You'll use 12 - 14 of them.
Pour the jar of sauce and all the water over pasta, top with meat, season 
Cover with foil and bake for 40 min @ 350, check to see if the pasta is done. The other day I had to add another 1/4 cups of water and put it back in for an additional 10 min. It kinda depends on how many noodles fit in your pan.
Top with your favorite cheese and bake uncovered for 10 more min. The sauce will be runny.  Makes great leftovers and is easy to reheat.
